In one word I'd describe this mouse as a DISTRACTION.
One "cool" feature with the touch panel built into that blue button is driving me bananas... there is a sensor in that blue side button that does some gesture actions. If you move your thumb down it will act as a Back button, move up and it works as the forward button. Usually the mouse does this every time when I put my palm on it. Mouse vibrates when you do it. Otherwise mouse works ok but I'd never buy it if I knew this upfront.

Other than the weight, best mouse I've ever used

Solid feel, with touch functionality and programability as needed.

Its weight takes a little getting used to, and sometimes the Bluetooth takes a split second to "wake up" after it has been resting.

I have been a fan of this mouse since my first one 4 or 5 years ago. I have one as a spare, because I never want to switch to another mouse.

Ok for occasional use, sucks for productivity

- Bluetooth connectivity requiring no dongle - Bluetrack optical sensor - Windows button is kind of handy I guess - Decent cursor performance for what it is

- Relatively stiff mouse buttons - A little slippery in hand, especially where the ring and pinky fingers are holding it - Heavy for a portable mouse (takes 2 AA batteries) - Mouse wheel clicks too easily even if you don't feel it. This triggers the panning mode in web browsers. - Looks ugly IMO

I bought this because I wanted a dongle-less mouse for my work laptop to avoid damaging USB ports when I stuff it in a bag. It satisfies that requirement but if you're looking for an everyday mouse or a productivity enhancement then look elsewhere.

The problem is that this mouse requires too much effort to use. It might seem fine at first but you'll quickly realize that it's no good for extended use. The mouse buttons are just a little too stiff, it's heavy to push around spreadsheets all day, the middle button gets activated way too easily and when you need to make those little "reset" maneuvers by picking the mouse up slightly it just wants to slip out of your hand.
It does have a decent feature set on paper for the price so I can only recommend this mouse if you plan to use it sparingly.
